Deliveries & returns

Free UK delivery

To qualify for Free UK Delivery your order must be shipped to a delivery address within the UK mainland. Make sure "UK Free Delivery - 2 business days" is selected in the delivery option menu in the Checkout.

All orders being delivered within the UK mainland qualify for Free UK Delivery.

If you are having your order shipped outside of the UK delivery changes will apply.

Q. How do I qualify for Free UK Delivery?

Q. Can I get Free Delivery outside the UK?
A. Unfortunately not, sorry. At present we are only offering deliveries in UK.

Delivery lead times

All goods will be despatched between  1- 4 Working Days 
This means that the item will take 1-4 days to leave our premises, after which the normal delivery timelines apply. So, for example, Royal Mail Second Class deliveries will take up to 2 - 5 working days. Any items delivered aboard will take longer depending on the product ordered and the delivery address.   

If the item is out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or an estimated date for delivery.

Shop4bikers wants to supply you the best quaility service at affordable prices. If occasionally we  get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped,please accept our apologies. If we could do a better job of describing the item, please let us know via the Contact Us form or call Caroline Moore (Director) 01246 472758).

DELIVERY POLICY - Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

You can cancel undelivered orders up to the day before despatch (the day of despatch is taken to be the day we send you an email to confirm despatch) - after that please follow the returns policies. When you return an item to Securit GB Ltd / Shop4bikers, it is important to us that you return it unused in its original condition, with all tags attached and the item returned is protected on its journey back with the inner and outer box we used to send it to you.

RETURNS - Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

  • ·        Items are returned carriage paid by the customer.
  •           Items are received in a resalable condition.
  • ·        Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • ·        Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
  • ·        Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • ·        We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
  • ·        All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
  • ·        We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number before returning any goods. Please contact our sales team for this. 

 Shop4bikers are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. 

Shop4bikers will:
Refund your payment to the original card details you gave us or forward a cheque once  the returned items have been checked, but no later than 7 days after receipt at our customer returns centre - providing they pass the checks!
If you return an item to be exchanged for a different item or size, we'll process your exchange free of charge and send it to you. The first exchange per order is FREE (only offered to Mainland UK orders) any orders returned from abroad there will be a £5.00 surcharge for dispatching returned goods . For any subsequent exchange we will charge you the cost of shipment detailed under 'Delivery Charges' as applicable to your location.

Exclusions:
We are unable to refund or accept the return of:
* Used items: Such items are not resalable not least because of safety concerns. We strongly recommend you do not remove tags/protective stickers or go out on your bike with your new gear until you are completely satisfied that you do not require a refund.
We classify items as used if the original hang tags/protective stickers are removed.
* Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging and the outer box. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.
* Special Orders: We are also unable to refund deliveries we have made to you that were 'Special Order Items' We may agree to take back a 'Special Order Item' but you need to let us know first through the Contact Us form with your order number and the items from the order to be returned.

PLEASE NOTE All goods that have been returned simply because you have "changed your mind" we will refund the value of the goods not the orginal postage charge.

Faulty goods:
You can return faulty goods but only if there is evidence that they have been faulty due to being damaged in transit or during manufacture. All goods are checked by our suppliers and Shop4bikers however things can be missed. To return faulty goods we must be informed with 7 days of dispatch and the goods returned to our address. We will then check the goods and forward a letter explaining our findings. In some situations we cannot offer a refund if the goods have been incorrectly used or returned in poorly package condition.

Exceptions:
If you return an item for a refund which triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item). The refund may be adjusted to remove the original saving or discount which may no longer apply
