If you are unhappy with any item you receive from us we offer a no quibble return & refund policy.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We require notification by through the contact page or call 01246 472758 or email [email protected].  

They must be unused, unworn, and with all tags, tickets etc. still attached.

If you have received a faulty item, or it is not the size you ordered, we will also refund your return postage

The cost of returning items which do not fall into the above categories will be the buyers responsibility ALL returns must be sent by RECORDED signed for delivery.

Returns must include a note of your contact details, the product ordered, your name & address & reason for the items return-without this we cannot speedily process your return.

PLEASE NOTE All goods that have been returned simply because you have "changed your mind" we will refund the value of the goods not the orginal postage charge.

All products listed includes mainland UK delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class postage or via courier service (Parcel Monkey or My Hermes).

Delivery lead times

All goods will be despatched between  1- 7 Working Days 
This means that the item will take 1-7 days to leave our premises, after which the normal delivery timelines apply. So, for example, Royal Mail Second Class deliveries will take up to 2 - 5 working days. Any items delivered aboard will take longer depending on the product ordered and the delivery address.   

If the item is out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or an estimated date for delivery.

Securit GB Ltd wants to supply you the best quaility service at affordable prices. If occasionally we  get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped,please accept our apologies. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

You can cancel undelivered orders up to the day before despatch (the day of despatch is taken to be the day we send you an email to confirm despatch) - after that please follow the returns policies. When you return an item to Securit GB Ltd / Shop4bikers, it is important to us that you return it unused in its original condition, with all tags attached and the item returned is protected on its journey back with the inner and outer box we used to send it to you.

RETURNS - Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt.

Subject to the following conditions:

    • ·       If the items are not faulty and the items are returned carriage paid by the customer.
    •           Items are received in a resalable condition.
    • ·        Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
    • ·        Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
    • ·        Items returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    • ·        We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
    • ·        All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
    • ·        We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
    •         PLEASE NOTE any health products i.e. first aid kits, wipes etc must be returned with all wrapping sealed. Any items returned with a sealed broke will not be refunded for health reasons.
    •       Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging and the outer box. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.
    •       Special or personalised Orders: We are unable to refund orders that were 'Special or personalised Order Items' unless goods arrive damaged or are not as requested. We may agree to take back a 'Special Order Item' but you need to let us know first through the Contact Us form with your order number and the items from the order to be returned.

Faulty goods:

You can return faulty goods but only if there is evidence that they have been faulty due to being damaged in transit or during manufacture. All goods are checked by our suppliers and Securit GB Ltd however things can be missed. To return faulty goods we must be informed with 7 days of dispatch and the goods returned to our address. We will then check the goods and forward a letter explaining our findings. In some situations we cannot offer a refund if the goods have been incorrectly used or returned in poorly package condition.

Securit Gb Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Securit Gb Ltd will:
Once the returned items have been checked, but no later than 7 days after receipt at our customer returns centre - providing they pass the checks! Securit Gb Ltd will refund your payment to the original card, pay pal account or cheque. If you return an item to be exchanged for a different item or size, we'll process your exchange free of charge and send it to you. The first exchange per order is FREE (only offered to Mainland UK orders) any orders returned from abroad there will be a £5.00 surcharge for dispatching returned goods . For any subsequent exchange we will charge you the cost of shipment detailed under 'Delivery Charges' as applicable to your location.
